Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a personalized experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Greet and engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting Avenue Studio’s products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product lines and design styles to effectively advise clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-home consultations to provide tailored design solutions and organization systems.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Administration: Manage the sales process, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with the design and installation teams.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new design innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home furnishings or interior design industry.
  • Strong understanding of luxury and custom home products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
