The Role:
Utilities / Mechanical Lead
What you will do:
- Certificate of Inhabitation (CoI) systems.
- Fire Water Systems
- Raw, service & potable water systems.
- Oily water system & drains
- Air systems (Cranking, Service, Instrument)
- Oversee Commissioning of utilities / mechanical systems.
- Review commissioning procedures of utilities / mechanical systems.
- Approve systemization of utilities / mechanical systems (systems and sub systems).
- Witness / Approve utilities / mechanical test documentation.
- Approve Kiewit tag type matrix for utilities / mechanical components.
- Provide input into commissioning spares register.
- Manage engineering and vendor inputs into EPC CMS.
- Sign off / Accept punch list items.
- Oversee implementation and testing of utilities / mechanical system.
What you bring:
- Prior experience commissioning of rig utility systems for Certificate of Inhabitation
- Prior experience commissioning of flare systems
- Prior experience commissioning of Nitrogen packages.
- Prior experience with commissioning of water treatment packages
- Blue Beam or Adobe experience marking drawings for commissioning boundaries.
- Able to use Microsoft office products (Excel / Word / SharePoint) proficiently.
