New Glarus Home is looking to hire both full and part time Resident Assistants in our Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a great position to try if you are interested in furthering your education and becoming a CNA!
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about improving the quality of life for our senior population. This skilled nursing position starts at $14.00 based on experience with shift differentials offered for evenings, nights, and weekends.
Shift times:
7:30am to 4pm
4:30pm to 8:30pm
The primary purpose of the Resident Assistant is to assist with direct and indirect care for all residents in accordance with all current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
This position will provide Assistance to CNA's in daily tasks, including, transporting to and from the dining room, providing social interaction, ensuring that resident requests get met, making beds, getting resident beverages etc.
