Location : Trenton, New Jersey Division : Division of Field Support and Services, Office of Recruitment, Preparation, and Certification Description Under the close supervision of a supervisor in the Office of Recruitment, Preparation, and Certification learns to perform front-line and behind the scenes customer and other support services involving the review, processing and issuance of agency documents;

provides information to customers regarding department / agency programs and services and performs other related work as required.

Requirements Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Preferred Experience One to three (1-3) years of customer service experience working in a call center or providing telephonic customer support.

The inability of an employee in this trainee title to attain a level of performance warranting advancement to the title listed above shall be considered as cause for separation.
