We are currently hiring a group home Manager in Barnegat, NJ. The qualified candidate will supervise all aspects of the group home operations, (i.e. staff supervision, on-call, and spot checks)

Job Responsibilities of a group home Manager:
- Supervise all aspects of the group home
- Plan and conduct staff meetings and trainings
- Conduct interviews and observations, provide feedback and complete employee evaluations
- Share on-call responsibilities with group home Assistant Manager
- Uphold agency and licensing regulations
- Responsible for creating staff scheduling
- Assist with scheduling doctor's appointments
- Responsible for program and client finances
- Assists and supervises in activities of daily living skills
- Administer or assist with prescribed medication
- Light housekeeping
- Assist with transportation
- Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives
- Data entry using Therap (EHR)
- Assist residents in the pursuit of recreational, social and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans
Job Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience as a supervisor and working with people with disabilities
- A valid driver's license in good standing & must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Location: Barnegat County: Ocean
Hours Per Work Week: 40 Weekly Work Schedule: Mon 12p-8p, Tue 10a-6p, Wed 12p-8p, Thurs 10a-6p and Fri 12p-8p

NJID has full time, part time, and per diem opportunities in Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Somerset Counties.
