Job Title:

Water Damage Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to water damage
• Inspect homes for water damage, and mold growth
• Identify and document the extent of water and mold damage 
• Under the direction of the crew leader, set up, load and unload tools and equipment to work sites and company vehicles. 
• Must be able to drive to work sites.
• Must be available for on-call service 24/7 on your scheduled coverage days.
• Bio Waste clean up as assigned
• Proper donning, use, and removal of personal protective equipment 
• Participation is safety training, and development training.

Physical Requirements:

• Use of ladders up to 50ft
• Pushing, pulling, lifting and moving objects up to 75lbs
• Standing long periods of time 
• Kneeling, crouching, bending 
• Use of PPE 

Education/ Experienced Required:

• IICRC Water Technician certification required 
• 3 years of experience

Job Type:

Full Time, Non- Exempt

Pay Scale:

$19-$23 per hour

Safety Training and Meetings:

Every employee is obligated to complete weekly Safety Training. 

Additionally, employees are expected to attend Daily Huddles Meetings while on field assignments.
