One of our Fortune 100 clients is looking for Business Analyst - Supply Chain in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
Title: Business Analyst - Supply Chain
Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days' onsite)
Rates: $28 - $30 per hour (W2)
Duration: 6 months
Must Have:
Minimum 2 years of experience with:
- Order Entry and Management Experience
- EDI - Electronic Data Interchange
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP | PIVOT Tables)
- Maintaining Account Portfolios/processes Excel – Intermediate Attention to Detail Communication with various Teams/Customers Completed Bachelor’s Degree Accuracy/Time Management and Efficiency
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- SAP or Big Data (highly preferred)
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and be efficient with time management
- Ability to accurately enter orders and audit as needed Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Individual/Shared) and SAP
Summary:
The main function of this role is Order Management and order maintenance of account portfolios based on customer requirements, and work with various departments to support order processes (Credit, Supply Chain & Logistics)
Job Responsibilities:
- Order Management (Manual| EDI (850)
- Maintaining account portfolios for ordering, tracking, customer and company requirements. (PO additions | cancellations, Delivery Date tracking and updating, PO Price verification and revisions, pricing adjustments & chargebacks) Informing customers of order status and support inquiries and changes. Maintain weekly audits on accounts to ensure proper order flow in a timely manner. Returns management as needed.
