- Provides assistance to customers by helping them find items on the sales floor.
- When available, answers telephone calls and pages quickly and with excellent phone etiquette.
- When available, help cashiers in any way to speed up and enhance customer checkout.
- Properly bag customer orders.
- Check price PLUs, etc., for customers.
- Retrieve special orders or bring requested items to customers.
- Reshelf returned items and “go backs.”
- Stock bags and register supplies.
- Take out garbage and recycling.
- Sweep and mop front end, vestibule, and café areas.
- When available, assist other departments in stocking shelves or fronting product.
