We are hiring a full-time Transaction Manager. The Transaction Manager plays a vital role in the real estate transaction process by efficiently and effectively managing all aspects of the closing process. This includes coordinating with various parties such as buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure that all necessary documentation and requirements are met in a timely manner. The Transaction Manager acts as a liaison between all parties involved and helps facilitate a smooth closing process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Make calls, monitor and respond to emails, and update company spreadsheets
  2. Complete weekly company reporting for property sales, listings, deals sources 
  3. Update the company’s CRM regularly
  4. Send out client reviews after the completion of a transaction
  5. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the closing process from contract to closing, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  6. Communicate and collaborate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved to obtain necessary documentation and information for closing.
  7. Review purchase contracts, title commitments, and other relevant documents to identify any issues or discrepancies that may affect the closing process, and ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve them.
  8. Prepare and distribute closing packages and documents to all parties involved, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  9. Schedule and coordinate closing dates, times, and locations that are convenient for all parties involved.
  10. Prepare closing statements, settlement statements, and other necessary documents required for closing.
  11. Facilitate the collection and disbursement of funds, including earnest money, down payments, closing costs, and loan proceeds, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  12. Coordinate and schedule the recording of documents with the appropriate county clerk or recorder's office.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to each closing transaction.
  14. Send out client reviews after the completion of a transaction
  15. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the closing process.
  16. Keep abreast of industry regulations, best practices, and changes in closing procedures to ensure compliance and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certification in real estate, paralegal studies, or a related field is preferred
  2. Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  3. In-depth knowledge of real estate transaction procedures, regulations, and requirements.
  4. Familiarity with title commitments, settlement statements, contracts, and other relevant real estate documents.
  5. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and build positive relationships with various parties involved.
  7.  Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and ensuring compliance.
  8. Proficient in relevant computer software and tools, including Microsoft Office and closing software.
  9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
  10. Flexibility to adapt to changes and handle unexpected challenges during the closing process.
  11. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Compensation

Salary–$35,000 - $40,000 Bonus
