We’re seeking an HRIS Administrator who is detail-oriented, reliable, and proficient with UKG Suite and UKG Dimensions. At our organization, we value accuracy and efficiency in managing HR systems. The pay range is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- HRIS Management: Support the optimal function of the HRIS systems, including customization, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
- System Monitoring: Daily monitoring, maintenance, and triaging of the support inbox and HRIS tickets generated through the IT ticketing system.
- Report Generation: Validate system interfaces run properly through daily report generation and audit.
- User Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS and Dimensions end users.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Support HRIS functions across all business systems, third-party systems, and databases. Work collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to support functional and technical needs.
- Account Management: Assist with account provisioning, user account updates, account deprovision processes, and security customizations.
