The Senior Manager is an enterprise-level role that leads a team of marketing managers and other staff embedded with NYBCe’s Blood Operations divisions. The main role of the Senior Manager is to operationalize the strategies and tactics of the enterprise Donor Engagement department at the local level. To achieve this goal, the Senior Manager will collaborate closely with the Donor Engagement leadership in defining the objectives and timelines for the local teams, and then plan and execute marketing strategies and tactics that support achievement of product and service goals for each and all divisions.
Plan and drive execution of marketing strategies and tactics at divisional level.
Support the Donor Experience team in monitoring the donor experience, and in making recommendations for improvements to the Donor Experience.
Engage direct reports in observing donor experiences to support opportunities for improvement in our service, with a goal of delighting our donors.
Collaborates with Marketing leadership on national and local campaigns, tactics, and tools for building donor frequency, growing the donor base and other strategic priorities.
Evaluates campaigns and markets to recommend adjustments to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Optimize media relationships and purchases to achieve strategic priorities. Reviews partnership agreements and media plans.
Provides materials to operational and support departments that align with Donor Engagement and divisional programs to ensure participation in marketing initiatives.
Collaborates on communication strategy to build a growing and sustainable donor base.
Evaluates advertising and promotion programs for effectiveness and compatibility with donor communication efforts. Promotion programs include social and traditional media, direct mail, telemarketing, media advertising, brochures, exhibits, web / online, and special events.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
Related Experience7 years related work experience in Marketing, Communications, or Marketing Operations.5 years team management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relation
Experience: 10 years of experience in health care marketing with consumer marketing experience.

For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $ 133,000.00/year to $150,000.00/year. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
