OVERIVEW
TITLE: Human Resources Business Partner (Entry Level)
POSITION SUMMARY
A well-organized self-starter with excellent organizational, communications and computer literacy skills. This role requires HR Experience within a Small to Medium sized professional organization, Project Management competence, and eye for process improvement.
HR activities require discretion and professionalism. Whether it’s supporting your local Leadership Team, our employees, or ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the HR Function in the United States, you’ll thrive in juggling various regular activities and projects.
Reporting to the Head of HR directly and remotely, you will have dotted line responsibility to local Operational Leadership. Success in this role requires being comfortable dealing with colleagues on all levels as well as external suppliers. A delivery / client focused approach along with an eye for detail will be key to success in this role.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Head of HR in Global HR initiatives
- Focal point for all local HR initiatives including Employee Relations, Projects, Performance Management, Culture, Performance Appraisal, Employee Development, Benefits etc.
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Job description maintenance
- HR Information System Maintenance
- Local policy design and administration
- Own the Social Committee annual Calendar to develop, explore and implement new activities driving engagement
- Ad-hoc office admin work, including WHS audits and annual reviews
- Assist with maintenance and update of HRIS
- Upload new starter information/files to HRIS
- Facilitate office events
- Assist Office Management where necessary
- Contribute to production of the monthly digital magazine
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent field
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Passion for developing high performance culture & organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
