Job Description:
- Verify match shipping slips, timesheets with invoices, enter payments
- Maintaining logs, collecting and entering data
- Assistance with issues regarding vendors, invoices and payments.
- Performing general office duties, such as basic filing procedures and maintaining records in database system.
- Knowledge with excel and word to update, edit and creates spreadsheets.
- Other duties as needed.
Work hours:
- 8:30 - 4:30 (Flexible 9:00 to 2:00 (20 hours a week)
- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (21 hours a week Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
- Lunch: 12:00 - 1:00 pm (unpaid)
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
