Responsibilities
The Alumni Program Lead manages assigned regional alumni program, providing support for client’s post-discharge through reconnect events, support groups, communication timelines, and social media platforms. This position provides weekly on-site alumni groups in assigned region with active clients, and contributes to national media, experience, and morale efforts as assigned by regional APM and National Director of Experience.
Essential Duties:
- Lead and promote alumni program in assigned regions, contributing to department KPIs and annual goals.
- Maintain healthy alumni relationships through reconnect events, support groups, communication timelines, social platforms, and national alumni initiatives.
- Establish positive rapport with clients and alumni as main point of contact informing them of resources and welcoming them into the Alumni Program.
- Contribute to Newport's experience program, providing alumni survey support and acting as a liaison in service recovery efforts.
- Contribute to companywide marketing, media, and advocacy efforts using alumni resources to build positive brand awareness and directly impact admission conversion rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years (2) experience in a mental health setting required.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
Salary Range for this position based on Education and Experience:
$18.00 - $25.00 / hour
