Maintenance technician needed for Newport Lake Apartments.
MUST:
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Be able to pass a drug/background screening
- Be able to handle general maintenance tasks/requests
- Follow instructions
- Be a team player
- Have good time management
- Have exceptional customer service
Essential Functions:
- Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas.
- Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
- Complete work orders in a timely manner. AC issues, electrical issues, appliance issues, minor flooring repairs etc.
- Able to lift appliances up/down stairs.
Requirements Include:
- Valid driver’s license

- Self-motivated
- Must pass background check and drugs screening
Job Type: Full-time
Salary:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift Monday - Friday (plus more time if on-call etc. on-call shifts are must, not an option)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
