Job Position: HR SIDA Coordinator
Role: Full Time (Exempt)
Shift: 1 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Sunday/Monday off OR 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Friday/Saturday off
Job Location: 1500 MH Jackson Service Road, Atlanta-30354
Duties/Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with current employees and new hires to complete the necessary paperwork to obtain an Airport Security ID.
- Review documentation for accuracy.
- Utilize the appointment scheduler to schedule the necessary appointments (Fingerprints, New Badging, Renewals, etc.).
- Track the progress of each individual through the badging process.
- Coordinate and track the completion of the necessary training modules.
- Follow up with employees to check on the completion of requirements throughout the badging process.
- Maintain SIDA tracking and Customs Seal tracking databases.
- Track and provide periodic updates to management as requested.
- Verify accurate completion of Customs Seal applications.
- Provide administrative support to the department as needed.
- Keep up to date on company policies and procedures.
Skills, Education, and Training
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team environment
- Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external contacts
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the aviation industry would be a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of work experience preferred.
