Our Team
Located at 173 Worcester Street in Wellesley, MA, our practice offers caring, comprehensive primary care for adult patients. We are seeking a part-time, 20-hour RN to support our primary care practice on site from both our centralized call center (95 Wells Avenue in Newton, MA) and our practice location (173 Worcester Street in Wellesley, MA).
The Ideal Schedule Would Be
General Overview
Primarily focused on phone triage, the RN will handle patient interactions via telephone and provide guidance in accordance with guidelines/protocols - all within a clinically appropriate scope.
This position is an MNA nursing position.

- Mondays - Full Day in the Call Center, 8:30am- 5:00pm
- Fridays - Full Day, Onsite in the Practice, 8:30am- 5:00pm
General Overview

This position is an MNA nursing position.
Responsibilities
- Triage RN to work closely with Providers: MD/NP/PA and Practice Manager in a busy Primary Care.
- Triage patient calls, assess nature of patient need and develop plan of care as result of the assessment.
- Patient education, post hospitalization follow-up. May include clinical guidance and support to MA and LPN staff.
- Occ hands on clinical care required
- Participates in departmental QI endeavors.
- Will manage triage care from the practice alternating with centralized call center

- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current Massachusetts RN licensure
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Primary care, Family Medicine, Urgent care, ED experience preferred
- Ambulatory phone triage experience preferred
- Epic proficiency preferred
