About the role
As Demand Gen Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Revenue Marketing team and responsible for driving top of funnel demand that will be leveraged in ABM campaigns through Demandbase, Hubspot and Salesforce. Using a P&L owner mindset, you will ensure our campaigns are efficient and effective.
Responsibilities
Collaborate to set the strategy for our ICP, target account lists and playbooks for ABM campaigns bringing best practices and data to inform decisions.
Campaign management across paid channels such as Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and Meta.. This includes the planning, implementation, testing, and measurement of multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the team and tools Demandbase, Hubspot and Salesforce.
Prioritize and implement successful SEO strategies. Identify opportunities to drive significant growth in organic traffic and conversions, and resolve technical SEO issues to improve overall site health and performance.
Own newtonx.com and drive initiatives to improve CRO and Chatbot efficacy leveraging data and AI.
Partner with Brand Marketing to drive demand from organic LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Own a monthly report that analyzes performance data and provides insights that will guide strategy, inform spending decisions on audience, channels and ad creative.
Have a deep understanding of our target and their online behaviors, continuously using data to drive innovation and coming up with new ways to reach them and keep them engaged in NewtonX content throughout all stages of the customer journey.
Management and oversight of Marketing Operations resource(s) for support with integrations, lead routing, list segmentation and workflow management in Hubspot, Google Analytics and Salesforce.
Required qualifications
Required experience building & managing ad campaigns in Google Ads & LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and with CRM and marketing automation tools; Demandbase, Salesforce and Hubspot.
3 years experience in B2B services growth, demand generation, digital or performance marketing in a high-growth start up environment preferably within the technology or market research space.
3 years of direct, hands-on experience managing paid search (SEM), organic (SEO), paid social, paid media and other performance channels.
The ability to track CRT and campaign performance across multiple channels.
Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
Owned a scalable budget across, but not limited to paid, organic, social, video, review sites, directories and more.
Experience concepting and briefing designers and writers to get more robust content created.
