NEXA Trailers is looking for Sales Representatives to lead outside sales of the company’s products and services. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales through positive planning and communication. Utilizes exceptional customer service skills from quoting to sales and beyond the receipt of the company’s products. Builds customer relationships and positions the company strategically within the market by defining strategies, executing, negotiating, and closing business deals.
Job Duties:
- Executes sales in any territory. Wholesale and Retail.
- Coordinates with logistics and client for trailer pick-ups.
- Evaluates daily inventory reports.
- Collaborates with financing institutions to gather the best deals possible for clients. Gathers precise and in a timely manner information from financial institutions and clients.
- Identifies and executes sales strategies by researching competitors, staying up-to-date on competitive pricing, delivery times and trailers specs.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning resources; following up on work results.
- Document every lead, contact, and tasks completed in Salesforce
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
- Assists customers in all aspects of the sale: complete sales orders and related paperwork, coordinate financing with the appropriate department, receive payments and proofs of insurance, process title and tag paperwork, prepare vehicles for delivery, deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand all vehicle features, explain warranties, answer all customer questions, and handle any special customer requests as needed.
- Quotes and follows through on all sales transactions.
- Collaborate with accounting, purchasing, operations and general manager.
Summary of Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and experience selling trailer or heavy duty trucks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field (or 5 years equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft products
- Sales with spec oriented products: 5 years
- Salesforce previous experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good listening skills.
- Must be the type of person who thrives on making cold calls and enjoys new business development.
- A team-player with a positive attitude and the ability to get along well with individuals from all walks of life.
- High degree of self-motivation.
- Be a problem-solver who will do what it takes to get our customers the results they need.
- Must be able to overcome objections, negotiate price, convince hesitant buyers to make the purchase and successfully close the sale.
- Reputation for excellence and high quality service to clients.
- Detail oriented, focuses on quality (informational and product)
- Extremely promotes and executes high levels of integrity
- Easy going, likeable, business savvy.
- Organized and develops documentation and comparison among different manufacturers specs.
- Travels 25%-50%

· $20,000 annual salary plus commission and monthly bonus (Between $80,000- $180,000 combined)
