Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Manager with Chief of Staff responsibilities to join our team. This unique role will involve overseeing property management operations while also providing crucial support to our leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day property management operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
  • Ensure the successful management of our real estate portfolio, optimizing property performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Strategic Support:
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives for the real estate portfolio.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance property value and investment returns.
  • Executive Assistance:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the execution of special projects to improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Facilitate communication between property management teams and leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Foster collaboration among team members to implement innovative property management solutions.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the property management team, fostering a culture of excellence, attention to detail, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular team meetings, ensuring effective decision-making and follow-through on action items.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; real estate or property management-related degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in property management with a track record of successful portfolio management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a small team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence outcomes.
  • Experience in providing executive support and managing special projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,881.45 - $80,298.09 per year
