We are looking for a Sales Rep to join our team in West Jordan,UT. This is a great opportunity for those looking to start or continue a career in the Staffing industry.
The Sales Representative will ensure efficient & effective business development and be responsible for excellent operations and client service. This position is responsible for developing and driving new business, retaining & growing existing business while operating within budgetary guidelines for the branch. This position will work closely with the Nexeo Corporate Sales & Operations Teams in reporting the status of operations and the retention of clients.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for high level of sales activities, including cold calling, following up with client, setting up appointments, and making presentations to secure new clients and develop existing ones
- Understand the burden and pricing philosophy of Nexeo Services
- Identify potential clients and develop effective and custom sales methods to secure client business
- Identify the needs of businesses and sell various HR services Nexeo provides
- Develop strong relationships and trust with client companies with a goal to become a legitimate extension of the company’s HR department
- Obtain desired margins by quoting profitable rates that meet both the client and Nexeo’s needs
- Prepare service agreements or quotes in timely manner for clients using automated quoting software
- Execute consistent and results-oriented client contacts (meetings, drop-ins, emails, etc.)
- Perform detailed documentation in company CRM regarding potential and current clients
- Provide insight and consulting regarding common HR functions including trending HR best practices, employment law compliance, employee relations management, etc.
- Work closely with branch team to communicate the needs, goals, interests and expectations of the client
- Ensure that the client’s needs and expectations are met, and they are satisfied
- Utilize software within branch; ability to produce and analyze necessary reports
- Communicate closely with various Nexeo departments and branches to ensure compliance with OHSA, Worker’s Compensation, Federal and State laws, and internal policies/procedures
- Communicate with Branch Manager and Recruiters to ensure client fulfillment
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field a plus
- 1 years of Business-to-Business sales experience is mandatory
- Have an outgoing and personable personality.
- Highly effective communicator and thrive on growing relationships
- Must have a history of setting goals, competing, and winning
- Extensive knowledge of Nexeo standard operating procedures and complete understanding of Nexeo’s products and value proposition
- Ability to provide results-oriented solutions to branch needs
- Ability to work with very limited supervision. High self-motivation, personal accountability, problem solving abilities, and sense of urgency.
- Dependable in every circumstance
- Prompt responsiveness to employee matters
- Must be engaged and responsive to Nexeo Sales and Operations Training
Pay
$40,000-$42,000 annually
Commissions and bonuses available!
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
