Collections Agent

Nexeo HR has partnered with a company seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Collections Agents. As a leading debt collection agency, our client specializes in managing debt portfolios, negotiating payment arrangements, and handling litigation cases. If you have experience in accounts receivable/collections and are comfortable with outbound calls, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

•   Conduct outbound calls to individuals with outstanding debts.

•   Manage debt portfolios and negotiate payment arrangements.

•   Assist in skip tracing to locate individuals and their contact information.

•   Prepare documents for litigation as necessary.

•   Maintain professionalism and compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

•   Prior experience in accounts receivable/collections preferred.

•   Comfortable with outbound calls and managing debt portfolios.

•   Strong communication and negotiation skills.

•   Ability to work independently and within a team.

•   Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

•   High school diploma or equivalent required; college education a plus.

Pay 

$15.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm with a one-hour break

Part-time hours are also available (25-30 hours/week)
