We are seeking a skilled Print Finisher to join our team at Nexeo. This role involves operating machinery to produce top-quality printed materials for our clients. The ideal candidate should prioritize safety, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Execute machine operations, transforming post-press products into finished items according to job ticket instructions.
• Set up machines precisely to meet specific customer requirements.
• Ensure machines operate efficiently while meeting high-quality standards.
• Conduct and document quality checks to comply with company and customer specifications.
• Inspect equipment for defects and perform necessary maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to company policies and operating procedures for safe and efficient job functions.
• Actively participate in department meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement events.
• Embody company values: innovation, respect, integrity, creativity, and collaboration.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum of one year of machine operator experience.
• Previous experience in a print shop.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, including email communication, document handling, and data entry.
Pay
$20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
Schedule
2:00pm – 10:30pm | Monday – Friday
This position will last from January 29, 2024 to June 8, 2024
