**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Liaison/ Case Manager to join our team. The Clinical Liaison will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure optimal care coordination.

**Duties:**

- Collaborate with team of physicians to assess patient needs and develop care plans.

- Accurately document patient information.

- Demonstrate basic anatomy and physiology knowledge to enhance patient care.

- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Performance bonus
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • No weekends

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Baton Rouge, LA (Required)
