Low Voltage Technician (C)
Job Posting for Low Voltage Technician (C) at NEXIEN Inc.
Nexien is seeking an experienced low voltage technician who will execute cabling, and installation of CCTV, Access Control system, and AV system. Minimum 2 years’ experience in high volume commercial low voltage/data/fiber/structured cabling contractor.

- Install various low-voltage systems, including structured cabling, telephone systems, security cameras, APs, access control systems, audiovisual equipment, and data networks.
- Troubleshoot problems in wiring, connections, and equipment, utilizing testing devices and
diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently. - Mount equipment, connect wires, and test system functionality.
- Understanding of computer networks & network equipment.
- Configure and program systems according to specific requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all installs, repairs, and modifications performed.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team.
- Driving Scissor lifts.
Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a working knowledge of the construction industry.
- Have an understanding of job progress and ensure implementation is within the project schedule.
- Flexibility for overnight and out-of-state assignments, as some projects may require an overnight work schedule. The frequency and duration of overnight work varies by project.
- Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
- Korean/English bilingual (preferred)
