What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Next Level Physio?
Let's face it...
Averaging 15-20 patients a day is the pits.
You became a physical therapist to impact lives, develop your clinical game, and apply what you learned in school, NOT to work in a Medicare or in-network mill, where it's normal and EXPECTED to triple....quadruple book your clients.
This often leads to one thing- Burnout .
Maybe that's where you're headed....
Yet, with the way the profession is headed, there doesn't seem to be a lot of professional opportunities where you get to :
1. Work with highly motivated, active clients in a hybrid cash-insurance model
2. See on average, 1-2 patients / hr with a full hour for an IE.
3. Provide an individualized plan of care for your client, not the same cookie-cutter program that you don't have time to update after each session.
4. Grow your reputation and work with a real team behind you.
If that excites you, we have an exciting position that may be available for you!
