What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training & Sales Manager position at Next Level Recruiting Inc.?
As the Training and Sales Manager, you drive profitable sales growth by creating and executing all hiring plans and ensuring all Sales Associates are trained on all company programs, sales initiatives, and standard operating procedures. You are the subject matter expert in our operating procedures, customer processes, and product knowledge. You are responsible for creating a culture of engagement and high performance with our Sales Associates through their ongoing training and development.
***Please note that before becoming a Sales Manager you must train in all departments and this position starts at entry level***

Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales associates
- Meet with clients and prospective customers face to face
- Train in Product knowledge and in the sales division
- Handle customer complaints
- Help with onboarding
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional Experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organization skills
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
