In this vital position, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Project Management Office (PMO) team, ensuring that every administrative detail is a stepping stone to groundbreaking achievements.

What You'll Do:

  • Meeting planning and coordination, including agenda prep, hosting, and notes
  • Act as the primary POC for coordinating PMO team deliverables and activities (events, training, etc.)
  • Assist with expense reporting
  • Assist with travel bookings
  • Assist with document preparation (PowerPoints, Word, Excel, meeting materials)
  • Perform various support tasks as directed by leadership for the team

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skillsets
  • Highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Basic metrics and financial reporting exposure
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Fierce attention to detail
  • Sound follow through and decision making skills
