Job Description
As a Recruiter at Next Level Technician, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback and serving as the primary point of contact.
Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting Next Level Technician's employer brand to attract top talent, including participating in recruitment events, networking activities, and employer branding initiatives.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, priorities, and requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of roles and expectations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and hiring metrics using our applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably dealing in filling high volume needs.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools and software.� Preferably BullHorn and Indeed
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

Compensation And Benefits
Salary: $43,000 to $45,000 plus commissions.
First-year earnings potential: $75,000 plus.� Second-year over $100,000 potential earnings.
