Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Principal IT Technical Project Manager, Enterprise Applications to join our IT PMO team who will play a key role in leading enterprise cross-functional strategic GTM programs.

 

This is a highly visible role where you will be working alongside business and technical leaders on the execution of program efforts and management of business operations that align with the overall company strategy and goals. You are a hands-on team player, that is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and fascinating domain. To succeed in this role, it will be necessary for you to have a natural analytical way of thinking, a strong collaborative working and communication style, exemplary stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization, and a clear sense of ownership and accountability.

 

In this role, you will…

  • Lead and provide project management for a portfolio of Enterprise Apps programs and key cross-functional strategic GTM program
  • Support specific live integrations as needed, from the integration of back-office functions to enabling the Go to Market strategy. This includes the orchestration of activities, execution of plans, and working with existing and acquired teams to enable smooth transitions and ensure successful integrations.
  • Drive the integration of enterprise-wide transformation projects
  • Proactively drive results by owning the management of the key program and operational activities managing risks and issues, and leading programs to achieve desired goals while keeping cross-functional teams accountable to program objectives
  • Work closely with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across cross-functional teams, clearly and effectively communicate insights, recommendations and status of projects.
  • Comfortable presenting to and leading meetings with Director/VP level.
  • Utilize change management techniques to provide clear communication and coordination within all areas affected by projects
  • Create and manage methods of reporting metrics, operational status, and efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • 7 years of leading Salesforce integration programs, or 5 years of Salesforce Administration or developer experience preferably in technology companies
  • 7 years of project/program management experience, including planning and management, issues/risk management, testing, including processes, reporting, and project management tools.
  • SFDC and Oracle cloud project experience
  • Change management experience
  • Strong proficiency in SDLC, Jira, and Agile best practices
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, a self-starter
  • Reputation for excellence and demonstrated experience in delivering top cross-functional programs in fast-paced technical environments.
  • Proven experience getting results in complex cross-functional environments, as well as managing projects in multi-cultural, multi-time zone settings
  • Disciplined, process-oriented, and loves the details, while seeing the big picture.
  • Collaboration-first mindset, an organizational “connector” that easily works across organizational boundaries. Influencing without authority, and building rapport with senior stakeholders, outside of the immediate team.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with others to determine, and execute acceptable solutions
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills including the ability to concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a busy and highly collaborative environment
  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations

Nice to have skills:

  • PMP or Scrum/Agile certifications
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Experience with several of these tools: Salesforce, NetSuite, Mavenlink (or other PSA tools), JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LucidChart
