Nextaff is currently seeking an reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist for our team in Jackson, TN! Ideal candidate is someone with strong customer service skills who can assist associates and support office staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in problem solving, multi-tasking, answering multi-line phones, excel spread sheets and Microsoft Office.
What You'll Receive:
$13.00/hour Starting Pay DOE
40 hour week

What You'll Do:
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Recording information as needed.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties.
Aiding with client reception as needed.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
What You'll Need To Have:
High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum of one year office administrative experience with knowledge of office equipment.
Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google, FB, Instagram and Internet.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to handle a fast pace enviroment along with multiple tasks efficiently.
Organized, self-starting, quick learner, highly motivated and a team player.
Excellent phone etiquette
