Our Sr Paralegals work collaboratively with a diverse and dynamic legal team on a wide variety of energy projects in Florida and throughout the US. Transactions may include development projects, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity deals, joint ventures, and other initiatives supporting the deployment of wind, solar and other renewable energy resources, the deployment of emerging technologies, and other efforts to decarbonize segments of the economy.
We are seeking a candidate with transactional experience in one or more of the following areas - commercial transactions, contract administration, finance, corporate, tax, regulatory, environmental, real estate, title, land use, project development, and utilities.
