NexThreat is seeking a talented Program Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive program analysis and support for N2N6D programs, projects, and initiatives. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will gather requirements, assess program needs, and develop strategies to achieve program objectives. Utilizing your expertise in financial and IT systems databases such as RAPS, PBIS, PBIS-IT, DITPR-DON, and DADMS, you will conduct data mining and analysis to inform decision-making. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive program analysis and support for N2N6D (Navy Staff Director for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence [C4I] and Information Operations) programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess program needs, and develop strategies to achieve program objectives.
- Utilize working knowledge of financial and IT systems databases, including but not limited to RAPS (Resource Allocation Planning System), PBIS (Program Budget Information System), PBIS-IT (PBIS Information Technology), DITPR-DON (DoD IT Portfolio Repository-Department of the Navy), and DADMS (Department of the Navy's Application and Database Management System).
- Demonstrate expert-level skills in data mining and analysis from these databases and other relevant external sources within and outside the Department of Defense (DOD).
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of historical cost/budgeting within the N2N6D portfolio and other relevant programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings to communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, milestones, and financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience Required: 5 years of overall experience in N2N6D programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Comprehensive level of historical cost/budgeting knowledge of and experience working within and across the entire N2N6D portfolio.
Experience with other programs, projects, and initiatives may also become necessary but can be learned as needed.
- Working knowledge of ALL the following financial and IT systems databases: RAPS, PBIS, PBIS-IT, DITPR-DON, and DADMS. This function includes a requirement for expert-level skills in data mining these and other data sources, both within and external to the DOD. Experience with other databases may also become necessary but can be learned.
Clearance:
The position will require a minimum of a Secret-level security clearance. Top Secret Clearance preferred.
