POSITION LOCATIONMarshall, TX.POSITION SUMMARYThe Equipment Specialist responsibilities include maintenance and repairing of machines, testing and calibrating machine parts and further repairing or replacing them accordingly.Key AccountabilitiesCheck blueprints and manuals of equipment to detect problems and correct them accordingly.Responsible of training equipment using staff about the technicalities and minor necessities of the machine.Maintain knowledge about Company equipment both technical and functional characteristics.Receive reviews from staff about drawbacks while using the equipment and make necessary changes if possible.Prepare and maintain reports on various issues that have occurred or been resolved.Perform all other job duties assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesManaging own safety and health, and that of their fellow workers by following established HSE rules.Delivers as promised, to all customers -internal and external- with the greatest efficiency.Assists and works well with others to accomplish goals and maintains composure in highly stressful or adverse situations.Upholds the highest levels of personal accountability, integrity, and responsibility in every aspect of the day-to-day job, extending to the responsibilities embraced for the environment and the local communities in which we operate.Engages with internal and external customers on a daily basis, delivering safe and efficient operations,tailored solutions, and maximizing delivery of value for both the company and its customers.Able to solve problems using logic, judgment and data to determine effective solutions.Provides technical support that allows for the day-to-day operation of the business, and the servicing of its clients.
