Scheduling and Logistics Manager:
The Scheduling and Logistics Manager is managing a team of 4-8 schedulers who provide scheduling, logistics support, and credentialling for 200 mobile technologists and technicians serving more than 1,200 physicians, treating patients 50,000 patients at 1,000 hospitals and ASCs in 44 states.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the scheduling and credentialing team, in a fast paced and logistically complex environment with a deep commitment to take care of our patients and customers.
  • Ability to be detail oriented with the creativity to solve moderately complex problems
  • Work effectively with other departments to schedule machine preventative maintenance, physicist inspections and maintain state registrations
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of organization and precision to ensure appointment records are accurately recorded, cross-checked and verified
  • Scheduling of site checks and making orientation calls with new facilities and surgery centers
  • Maintain a professional relationship with various Doctors, schedulers, and hospital surgery schedulers.
  • Take immediate action to follow up on canceled appointments to get explanations and use logistical skills to find solutions that ensure each and every patient is scheduled to receive immediate patient care
  • Possess a sense of urgency with all incoming calls from doctors' offices and facilities in multiple locations across the US
  • Display impeccable communication skills, confidence and courtesy when scheduling difficult or interdepartmental requests
  • Willingness to be On Call for emergency scheduling needs
  • Communicate urgent and significant problems in a timely manner to management, COO and other operations personnel when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school Diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
  • Skills and abilities typically gained with 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare office, or hospital operations setting, and/or educational background.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, logistical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines while working on a variety of projects/demands.
  • Proficient with commonly used office software and equipment.
PAY: $55,000-65,000 Salary
