We are seeking a Logistics Booking Analyst based in Fremont, CA with a strong background in international logistics operations, adept at coordinating shipments, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to project schedules. The ideal candidate will embody innovation, integrity, customer-centricity, and a drive for continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Collaborate with freight forwarders for international and domestic shipment bookings, overseeing shipment tracking, and ensuring timely delivery. Co-ordinate with Freight Forwarders for booking of international and domestic shipments and tracking of the shipments. Co-ordinate with the Customs Broker for the customs clearance Co-ordinate with Internal teams for delivery appointments. Co-ordinate with the Suppliers/ warehouse for the pick of the shipments Monitor closely all Master file transactions to adhere to project Schedules. Book all domestic (USA)/Inventory as per allocation and coordination with FF and logistics coordinator & update in our Transportation Management team. Review booking in our Transportation management systems to ensure on-time delivery. Set up and provide reports and data relating to weekly/monthly booking transactions. Qualifications (Required): Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in coordinating international and domestic shipments, preferably in collaboration with freight forwarders, overseeing shipment tracking, and ensuring timely delivery. Proficiency in Incoterms and Shipping terms. Well versed with crucial shipping documents such as Bill of Ladings, CIPL, COO, Fumigation Certificates, etc. Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, lookups, and Pivot Tables. Excellent communication and analytical skills, both verbal and virtual. Experience with supply chain operations and working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably Oracle or NetSuite. Proficient analytical skills in working with data.
