As a Receptionist, you are a valued member of our team, responsible for:
Providing an outstanding customer service experience.
Greeting customers, answering, screening, and directing phone calls.
Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks such as preparing documents, receiving and sorting mail and filing.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Maintaining and ordering office supplies, as well as coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Other duties may be assigned
Preferred Candidates have the following:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
3 years of receptionist experience, preferably in a truck dealership environment
Associate’s Degree (A.A.) preferred
