NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with a remarkable client located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, as they are seeking to hire an HR Generalist/Manager. Our client is growing exponentially, organically, and through acquisitions. This individual will be responsible for administering multiple areas within human resources and payroll.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administrative field is strongly desired – not required
- HRCI, PHR or SHRM-CP certifications would be a huge plus
- Seeking someone with 3 years of corporate human resources experience as a coordinator or generalist
- Experienced in HR employee matters relating to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and terminations
- Knowledgeable in benefits, compensation, leave of absence, and retirement is required
- Compliance reporting, HR laws and regulations
- Paycor HRIS is strongly preferred
