What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist_CUS position at Nexus Staff?
Schedule Two days a week on Mondays and Wednesdays only, hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
This is not a remote position. The candidate will have to commute into the Arlington, VA office on Mondays and Wednesdays each week.
Manager's Must Haves:
1. Must be computer literate, articulate, and have a pleasant demeanor and speaking voice
2. Conduct inspections and reception duties
3. Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs for occasional deliveries
4. Able to work independently
5. One or two years of experience
Description:
Receptionist for customer showroom and service facility. Duties will include answering telephones, greeting visitors and directing visitors to proper technician, technical or marketing person, maintaining security at the front desk including maintaining visitor log and facility visitor badges, receiving and dispensing repair equipment and electronically filing maintenance requests, updating Excel spreadsheets, process incoming and outgoing Fed Ex air bills and maintain literature displays in showroom.. Must be computer literate, articulate, and have a pleasant demeanor and speaking voice. Will also be responsible for some mail center duties as well as purchasing and paying invoices.
Additional work responsibilities include supporting all EMS (Environmental Management Systems) tasks. Which include monthly facility inspection, recycling, documenting activities.
