Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creation of crucial legal documents, including Judicial Council Forms, Pleadings, and Motions, with precision and expertise.
• Direct and oversee Discovery processes, harnessing your skills to gather vital case information efficiently.
• Forge strong client connections: serve as a vital link with clients, guaranteeing transparent communication, delivering timely updates, and collecting vital details to enhance strategic Case Management.
• Handle in-person court appearances for cases involving child support, and other family law, utilizing extensive experience to represent clients effectively.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys, leveraging your knowledge to nurture team growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Active State Bar license with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Family Law practice.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of managing complex family law cases from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of Family Law Practice and Procedures, enabling expert guidance and representation.
• A proactive, results-driven approach, paired with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software to streamline case preparation and representation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 and above, depending on experience
