nFocus Solutions is looking for a Program Manager to lead and manage a team of distance learning (DL) curriculum developers, educational analysts, and help desk technicians supporting the students, staff and faculty of the Department of Distance Education (DDE) for the United States Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) located at Fort Leavenworth, KS.

nFocus Solutions is looking for a Program Manager to lead and manage a team of distance learning (DL) curriculum developers, educational analysts, and help desk technicians supporting the students, staff and faculty of the Department of Distance Education (DDE) for the United States Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) located at Fort Leavenworth, KS.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the executes plans of action and milestones for the production and maintenance of DL curricula
- Interact daily with faculty and staff to coordinate efforts to develop and maintain DL
- Manage the administrative and analytical support to the DL program
- Provide leadership for a team of senior military and educational analysts
- Responsible for the professional development of the team
- Facilitate DDE Train-the-Trainer and TASS Advisory Council events
- Preferred Master’s degree in adult education or in a closely related field
- Four years of experience as part of an educational administration or faculty
- Military Education Level 4/Joint Professional Education Level 1 qualified
- Retired Lieutenant Colonel or Sergeant Major
- Fully knowledgeable of Joint and Army Doctrine
- Experience on a battalion or higher-level staff
- Possess clear and precise oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Submit to required background check
- Able to meet requirements to work on a military installation, including having a valid state driver's license and car insurance.
- Be self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes
- Be organized with a strong sense of urgency
- Adhere to established guidelines and procedures
- Demonstrate high standards of quality and accuracy
- Be in attendance and punctual as scheduled
- Be completely functional in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Maintain a US Passport
- Be able to travel in support of the mission up to 10% of the time
