Sales Representative Position Overview:
We are looking forward to adding the right person to our team to sell medical credentialing services to our healthcare provider partners.
· Present, promote and sell credentialing services to existing and prospective client providers.
· Reach out to Sales Prospects (leads) in-person, online and over the phone.
· Interact with others in a friendly and approachable manner to help maintain positive client relations.
· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
· Display exceptional follow-up skills to effectively manage client relationships and to maximize Sales Prospects.
· Interface with management to manage shared calendars and to foster and maintain client relationships through following up with potential and existing clients.
· Creatively problem-solve by finding cost-effective solutions to marketing and sales needs.
· Develop many different skills sets over time and effectively manage increasing responsibilities.
Position Requirements:
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong ability to organize and manage many ongoing projects, tasks, and due dates at once while keeping all the parties updated.
· Ability to continuously improve through feedback.
· Willingness to problem-solve and troubleshoot unfamiliar issues with little assistance.
· Work efficiently in an unsupervised environment as a self-starter.
· Handle and complete complex tasks with minimal direction or supervision.
· A desire to learn, work hard, and always be on time.
· Ambition to work your way up in the company and to learn new skills along the way.
· Proficient with Mac computer, Microsoft Office 365, Google Office Suite, Slack and Monday.
Ideal Position Skills:
· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative especially within the last year.
· Experience with finding and organizing stories for customer-facing marketing communications.
· Experience proofreading and editing grammatical errors.
· 3 - 5 years of experience in the business industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.85 - $28.15 per hour
