Position: Scheduling Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator / Admin Assistant who is process driven and detail-oriented to help facilitate interview scheduling and candidate interactions through the scheduling process. Our Scheduling Coordinators have a strong emphasis on delivering an amazing candidate experience as well as internal hiring team experience. The Scheduling Coordinator will also navigate onboarding and orientation for all new employees, help with employee retention, schedule all nursing staff, and complete tasks given to them by the Administrator

Pay: $18.00-$25.00

What You'll Do
- Facilitate a high volume of interview scheduling and coordination;
- Help design and execute on the candidate experience to ensure our candidates feel well taken care of and valued, regardless of the hiring decision;
- Post open positions on various job boards, social media, and other networking avenues, as needed;
- Plan and organize recruiting events (career fairs, conferences, networking groups, diversity groups, etc.);
- Other recruiting coordination/operations related projects, as needed.
- Facilitating orientation and making sure employees files are up-to-date
- Using on-shift to create nursing schedules
- Work closely with nursing staff, and understanding their scheduling needs
- Complete all other tasks for the Administrator
Preferred Qualifications (Not required)
- Prior experience in a Scheduling Coordinator role within the senior care or healthcare industry
- Prior experience in scheduling nursing staff
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and an empathetic, customer-service attitude;
- Problem solving skills and ability to navigate an ambiguous environment;
- Top-notch written communication skills;
- Must be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and take ownership of their work.
