As a graduate, your journey will be guided by a dedicated buddy, leader, and mentor, with access to nib’s senior leadership teams. Let’s talk about this role Kick start your career by gaining valuable experience and learnings across nib’s Australian Resident Health Insurance division, with a key focus in our Strategic Partnerships team. As part of your program, you will be involved in critical projects and activities that facilitate partner acquisition and retention, playing a key role in driving growth and increasing nib’s reach and engagement. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn more about nib’s commercial partnership strategy and engage with some our key strategic partnerships. Let’s talk about you You’re in your final year of study or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management and/or a relevant discipline within the last 2 years You thrive on challenging the status quo and thinking “outside the box” to identify opportunities for improvement You consider yourself open-minded with the ability to work as part of a team in an agile work environment You’re able to commence work in January 2024 You’re an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with full working rights in Australia.
