Specific Duties:
Account Management:
- Manage 85-100 clients and help them achieve the company’s ideal utilization rate
- Onboard and implement new clients
- Give onsite and webinar presentations about Nice Healthcare to employees
- Lead ongoing promotion throughout the year for assigned clients
- Complete the required amount of engagement interactions with clients each quarter
- Maintain good rapport with distributors and clients
- Travel multiple days per week to clients for in-person promotion*
Engagement Material Creation:
- Prepare quarterly engagement plans to help increase utilization for low performing clients
- Create explainer videos regarding reporting, services, etc., and other materials to assist with onboarding and ongoing engagement
Data Entry and Management:
- Maintain accurate data and activities for each client across various platforms
- Meticulously and promptly track client details and information in an easily digestible fashion for self and team members
- Maintain accurate eligibility records for clients
- Quarterly and annual employer utilization reporting and delivery
Necessary Skills/Attributes:
- You must be Nice and like to be Nice to people
- Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license and comfort with being behind the wheel (background and driving record check will be completed upon job offer)
- A vehicle in safe and acceptable condition
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with technology and the ability to quickly transition between and work on multiple platforms
- Productive while working in a virtual team model. Work is on the road or from the home as we don’t have a home office. The team maintains closeness with bi-weekly virtual all team meetings.
- Extreme comfort with public speaking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite
- Proficient in working within a CRM and task management platforms
Highly Desired:
- Account management for groups over 250 employees
- Previous experience working in healthcare
- Fluency in another language
Position Specifics:
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: 8am – 5pm local time
Location:
- Remote work environment, but must be located in or very near to Boise, ID
- Nice Healthcare home visit service area for onsite client meetings in a state we are licensed in
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
