About the Role:

Are you passionate about organization, learning new things and collaborating with others? Then our team here at Niche is the place for you! We are looking for someone ready to learn Revenue Operations as our Sales Support Specialist.

You will be spending your time at Niche helping the sales team effectively utilize the tech stack, building out reports/data visualizations, maintaining financial reporting and building cleanliness and reliability within our data.

You will work closely with the Finance Team, Sales Representatives, Sales Leadership, and our own Revenue Operations team to ensure financial and process alignment across our organization.

What you will do:

During the 1st month:

  • Collaborate with various team members to learn about the company
  • Work with members of the Revenue Operations team to begin to understand our users, our clients, the industry, and our direct sales organization
  • Shadow team members to learn more about how we collaborate with other areas of the business and how your role fits with external stakeholders and teams
  • Learn about our Salesforce setup and our sales team's workflows

Within 3 Months:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of our sales organization and how different teams work
  • Start working with members of the sales team to ensure the correct operational protocols are being followed
  • Start documenting processes for more streamlined training and information distribution
  • Start owning data changes for our Salesforce instance

Within 6 Months:

  • Become the point person for Sales to Revenue Operations communication
  • Guide Sales Representatives and Leaders through the proper processes to ensure clean & organized data
  • Start identifying common mistakes and raising them to the team to troubleshoot permanent solutions

Within 12 Months :

  • You will own several intersections of Revenue Operations, Finance and Sales at Niche
  • You will be the point person for the cleanliness and accuracy of our sales data and ensuring our respective financial data is formatted in a way that is accessible & user friendly
  • You will own the enablement of Sales to move through their workflows efficiently by knowing and guiding the proper practices & procedures.

  • Educational background in an analytical focused field
  • Experience working with many different types of people in fast paced environments
  • Attention to detail and a passion for organization
  • Effective communication of complex ideas to different audiences

Useful Experience

  • Experience in reporting or data visualization
  • Experience supporting a sales team to drive revenue growth
  • IT experience in personal or professional life
  • Understanding of K-12 and/or college admissions processes
