Responsibilities
- Count and balance cash drawer and drops
- Ensure quality control
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check the quality of ingredients
- Log control
- Monitor stock and place orders
- Supervise employees
- Deal with customer and employee issues
- Deal with inspections
