What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Host position at Nico's Upstairs?
We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team that have a passion for service and hospitality. You must have a minimum of 3 years ofrestaurant experience or equivalent in customer service (fine dining preferred).
Qualified candidates should be energetic, experienced in professional customer service with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable with OpenTable, and attention to detail. You must be able to stand for 5 hours and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexibility to work Friday and Saturday evenings. Benefits are available to those who are full-time. Family-style buffet meal at the end of shift and Tips are included once probation is complete.

Skills must include:
- Ability to anticipate guest needs; respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
- Understand a floor plan and a reservations platform (OpenTable preferably)
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to maintain positive guest relations at all times.
