Part time office manager needed onsite for busy metaphysical practitioner.
Hours are 8:45am - 1:00pm (21.25 hours), or up to 2:45pm (30 hours), M-F with occasional weekends.
What You Should Have:
Strong computer skills - Mac a bonus.
Experience with Quickbooks/Quickbooks Online.
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience.
Payroll experience, familiarity with Quickbooks payroll a bonus.
Tax filing experience including, but not limited to, 941, W-2, sales tax.
Excellent customer service skills. Some in person, most by phone.
A friendly disposition.
Ability to multi-task including scheduling and confirming appointments, assisting clients, answering e-mails, answering phone inquiries, and assisting the owner with correspondence and research.
Ability to manage a large database and facilitate mailings by e-mail.
Adept at keeping an office organized and running smoothly.
Property management skills including contract preparation (with guidance), collection of tenant rent, insurance renewal and minimal tenant interactions by e-mail and phone.
