About this job
Seeking a Finance Business Partner to support our team selling data solutions to SMB CPG businesses globally. You will work closely with sales leaders and collaborate with global financial leaders across markets. Your strong Excel skills, global financial background, and experience in forecasting and budget planning for revenue and expenses are crucial to drive financial success.
Responsibilities
- Implement clear tracking of both revenue and expenses that can be uniformly applied across markets for future reporting and ad hoc analysis needs
- Support sales leaders and collaborate with global financial leaders, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and budget plans for revenue and expenses.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, financial data, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Lead financial planning and conduct in-depth analysis to support sales strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, in particular, pricing & sales enablement, and ensure alignment in financial planning across markets.
- Drive process improvements and streamline financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
- Global financial background with experience in forecasting and budget planning.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
